Hi! I’m Cassie.

I’m a lifelong art maker in Montclair,NJ. I got my BA in Visual Arts and Neuroscience from Bowdoin College. I was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts to a Jewish mother and a Portuguese father. I traveled extensively growing up, including spending many most of my formative years in London England. In high school, I became fascinated with neuroscience and the way that our brains process the worlds around us, this further pushed me into my twin passions of art and medicine. In addition to being a lifelong art maker, I am also a family medicine physician and my experiences as a doctor have informed my art making process.
